Proposal:
Erection of new production building approximately 25,371m2, water storage and sprinkler tanks, car parking facilities, internal access roads, existing culverted stream to be opened and diverted, ancillary infrastructure such as rainwater harvesting and SUDS and demolition of existing building at No 11 Battlefield Road.
