Non-material amendment to include alterations to bay window to double its height, reduce width of kitchen window, addition of window at ground floor incorporated to study,increase width of proposed building to work with timber frame module. repositioning of garage and addition of new canopy and proposed material change to front elevation to replace metal cladding with render planning permission 17/05639/FUL - Erection of dwelling and detached garage/car port following demolition of existing building. (Modification to previously approved 17/02106/FUL)
