Non Material Amendment to condition 3 to allow for substitution of Lead roof on the top of the Dorma Window with EDPM rubber membrane to previously approved planning permission 17/02956/FUL Installation of lead dormer window; 2no rooflights and associated internal alterations to allow conversion of roof space to living accommodation.
